Miniatures Gallery - Golden Demon Victories: 2002 The Golden Demon Miniatures Competition is held each year at Games Day (hosted by Games Workshop) at a variety of cities. I have always attended the competition at Baltimore, MD (USA). Each competitor may enter one completely painted Games Workshop miniature into each category. The categories are then judged by Games Workshop employees. Winners are selected based upon quality of painting, color scheme, originality, and conversion work. Among the first place winners, one miniature is chosen to win the Golden Demon Slayer Sword.
Trial of a Young Dragonlord (2nd Place)
This piece was inspired by stories of elven dragonlords (Warhammer world) that train dragons from birth. Once a dragon has been trained, it will serve its elven master as a steed and friend. The elven people in this diorama are intent on stealing one of these dragon eggs.

Tactical Squads form the backbone of a Space Marine army. The figures in this gallery are a perfect display of the Void Reapers standard soldiers.
